Tea is vulnerable to four spoilers: air, light, heat and moisture. It will lose its flavor and aroma quickly if stored improperly. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you invest in good storage canisters to protect your fine teas. The best we have found are the original latched ceramic canisters with replaceable rubber gaskets, followed by the double-sealed stainless steel Tea Caddies.
