513 China Anxi Oolong Select
We are excited to be able to offer this outstanding Oolong at a great price. While strictly taken not a Ti Kuan Yin, the Anxi Oolong has the leaf appearance of a superior Ti Kuan Yin and is manufactured in the same method. Its rich, sweet flavor and a long, pleasant finish make it a superb value. Use a generous amount of leaves and enjoy multiple infusions. Also great when chilled.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh cold water until steaming briskly (195ºF); let steep for 2 1/2 minutes.
Good for multiple infusions.
